This Privacy Policy is given on behalf of MyRichUncle, and its business partner, MRU Holdings, Inc. and its affiliated companies (collectively referred to as "we" or "us"). We understand the importance that Internet users place on privacy and have designed our website with this in mind. Online Registration/Application
We collect information we receive from you on applications or other forms. We provide you Application Forms for completion and submission to us in order to apply for a loan. Please understand that the information you submit is voluntary, but required if you wish to apply to us for a loan. You will be asked to provide personal information ("personal information") on the Application Form including, but not limited to, the following: 1) Name 2) Address 3) Email Address 4) Daytime Telephone Number 5) Social Security Number and 6) Birthdate.
Transaction Information
We collect personal information we receive from you about your transactions with us or others, such as your account balances, payment history, and account activity.
Credit Report Information
We collect personal information we receive from credit reporting agencies, such as your credit bureau reports and other information relating to your credit worthiness.
IP Addresses
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Website. Your IP address is used to gather broad and specific demographic information as well as for validation purposes.

In response to Vermont law, we will automatically treat your account as if you opted-out of those disclosures to financial service providers and non-financial companies. Your Privacy Choices
As described in the above Sharing of Information section, if you prefer that we not disclose personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties, you may opt out of those disclosures, that is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law). Information Use
Any student loan-specific information that we collect as part of your application, and information from third parties (including but not limited to the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) and other outside parties as permitted or required by applicable laws) will be used to determine your eligibility for credit. If you choose to provide information such as your Social Security Number, we may use it to determine the status of your student loans by utilizing the NSLDS or for any other lawful purposes. We may also use your personal information to verify your eligibility for student loan consolidation, to service your account or for any other programs or services we offer.
We reserve the right to transfer aggregate or group data about our users for lawful purposes. Aggregate or group data is data that describes the demographics, usage or other characteristics of our users as a group without disclosing personally identifiable information. By submitting your Personal Information to us and using the Website, you agree to allow us to transfer such aggregate data to third-parties.
Other Websites
This Website may contain links to other third-party owned and/or operated websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. These third-party websites have separate privacy policies and data collection practices and we have no responsibility or liability relating to them. Minors
Visitors under 18 years of age are not permitted to use and/or submit their personal information at our Website. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from visitors under 18 years of age. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time with their children and to participate and monitor the Internet activities of their children.
